Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are very much back on a very public break up in mid March.

The supermodel, 22, and the singer, 25, were seen in a passionate kiss while walking in New York City on Sunday afternoon in photos acquired exclusively by DailyMail.com.

After strolling side-by-side without holding hands, the Pillow Talk singer went in for a sweet kiss to his Vogue model girlfriend.

Gigi looked delighted during the lip lock session as she leaned against a brick wall in the Soho neighborhood of Manhattan while holding a take-out cup from Starbucks while balancing a structured black purse with her first name on the front.

Zayn definitely looked like the aggressor as he pushed up under Gigi while she seemed much more shy but thrilled with the attention.

It seemed as if they were alone and was looking at the couple during the clandestine kiss.

Because they were in the middle of the street in broad daylight, those chances were slim.

The Tommy Hilfiger model looks stylish in ripped cropped jeans, black sweater and blazer with leopard print booties and black satchel purse.

The sister of leggy Bella Hadid pulled her long blonde hair back and wore small, oval-shaped sunglasses.

Māmik debuted an elaborate skull inking adding to his tattoo collection. He also had a black puffy jacket over the back of a Gucci Hooded Jacket over a shoulder.

At one point they stopped to talk to a homeless man holding up a sign that asked for assistance.

Gigi seemed to rummage through her wallet and then found a Starbucks card that she handed to the man. Zayn also offered the man some help as he put an item in his blue cup.

The lovebirds sparked reconciliation rumors last week. On Wednesday the Dusk Till dawn singer was heading heading to her NYC apartment.

Keeping his head down, the crooner seemed in good spirits on the outing as he chatted briefly with a doorman before entering into an apartment on the street.

The sighting comes after Gigi 'liked' a video of the British Pakistani star posted in which he was plugging his new record.

This comes after the Bradford native revealed to Ryan Seacrest over a week ago.

Zayn, who wrote the song seven or eight months prior, said on KISS FM that he was 'in love' at the time.

The couple announced on March 13 after two years of dating.

In an interview with Billboard last November, Malik said their schedules were not terrible. 'It's actually not hard for us [to line up schedules],' he said.
