Victoria Beckham wears a helmet and workout clothes as she shares

She regularly updates her family's life on social media.

And Monday was no different as Victoria Beckham shared a ride of her horse, during a day out with her daughter Harper, six.

The fashion designer, 42, posted a picture of herself wearing a hat and a black t shirt as she rode the horse through a field.

She captioned the shot: 'Living my best country life !! The perfect day riding with Harper x kisses from us both !!

Victoria also added two clips to her Instagram story of herself enjoying a jaunt on a brown and white horse, as well as one back at the stables.

During one of the clips Harper can be seen being led along while riding a small brown pony.

Last week Victoria enjoyed her followers once more, by documenting an afternoon stay helping her daughter Harper with her homework.

The former Spice Girl shared a number of sweet clips of her youngest dancing along to a nature video - before Harper cheekily did both Victoria and his father David make up, for a more creative project.

The first posts saw an excitable Harper, clad in a tye-dye T-shirt, watching a video about animals and their natural habitat, with an informative but catchy song playing in the background.

As the video got into full swing however, Victoria became more and more impressed with the homework device - captioning the post: 'This song is quite catchy!', And commenting the singer looked like a 'dude'.

A further clip then saw Harper confidently performing some dance moves along to the track, with Victoria even singing along in the background.

The designer quipped in the caption: 'I'm really into this! There are moves too!, Before adding with envy: 'Homework was not fun when I was 6!'

Embarking a whole afternoon of homework, Harper then proceeded to her mother's make-up as part of a more creative project.

Victoria joked: 'Here we go ...' with a string of fearful emojis in the caption, before revealing Harper was transformed into emoji cat.

However, Victoria soon began to gush over her six-year-old talents, writing: 'So creative !!' và 'Future make-up artist?' as she applied the blusher and eyeshadow.

Making the homework session more playful, dad David soon got in on the fun, and let Harper cover his face with pink splodges and glitter.

Just laughing at the situation, the mother-of-four added in the caption: 'Daddy's home! happy Sunday !! x '

David and Victoria are known to be close with their children, and often pose on social media with Harper and their sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.
