Kim Kardashian shares first picture of adorable Chicago West and she looks just like her famous mum

The reality star finally introduced her third child to the world after she was welcomed via surrogate early last month

Kim Kardashian has finally shared the very first picture of her newborn daughter Chicago West.

While fans got a glimpse of Kim and Kanye West's third child in Kylie Jenner's pregnancy documentary earlier this month , this is the first time the reality queen has shared her own snap of the adorable tot with the world.

Taking to social media on Monday, Kim uploaded the sweet mum and daughter snap alongside the caption "Baby Chicago".

In the shot, the 37 year old is blowing a kiss to camera as she cradles her little one - who was welcomed into the world in January via a surrogate - appears to have already perfected her posing as she stares straight into the camera.

The pair are both sporting fluffy pink ears in the cute family photo.

The picture was soon inundated with adoring comments as well as fans pointing out that the pair look just alike.

"Kim she looks just like you - OMG!" one fan wrote, while another shared, "Oh wow this baby is sooooo cute!"

Hours before Kim uploaded the shot, she also took to to her website to share details about her newborn's nursery.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians beauty revealed she had splashed out on a number of very pricey items, but also said she had used some of the same nursery pieces she used for North and Saint.

Kim wrote: "I also ended up using the same crib, dresser and rug that I used for North and Saint!"

Chicago first made her public debut earlier this month in Kylie's pregnancy video when she revealed she had welcomed her first child with Travis Scott .

A casually dressed Kim is cradling the little tot before she hands her over to a heavily pregnant Kylie, who looked like a natural as she held her adorable niece.

Rob Kardashian and Rob's daughter Dream were also there to meet the newest Kardashian family member.

"She's so little," Kylie, 20, said. "Did you figure out the name?"

"I think we're going to go with Chicago," Kim replied.
