Like many families in the country, the Beckham family were only too happy to make the most of an unexpected snow day on Wednesday.

David Beckham shared some adorable videos of his kids larking about as they went sledging, snowboarding and even made some snow angels at a snow-covered London park.

The doting dad filmed his kids shrieking and giggling in delight as they frolicked in the freezing temperatures after the so called 'Beast from the East' unleashed wintery winds and snow storms across the capital.

In one video, adorable daughter Harper, six, was seen whizzing down a bank on a blue cart as her dad and brothers cheered her on.

Big brother Cruz, 13, also joined in the fun - and proved himself to be a bit of a daredevil - as he flipped his sledge over and used it as a makeshift snowboard.

15 year-old Cruz also got stuck in as the competitive siblings took part in a race to the bottom.

Watchful David could be heard crying out, 'School tights oh no!' as Harper suffered a rip at the finishing line.

The former England captain then gave his daughter a ride on a sledge as he pulled her through the snow in the deserted park.

The trio, who were all wrapped up for the freezing temperatures, then laid on the ground and made snow angels in the ice.

"So cute," dad David was heard saying as he filmed them in turn.

The gang are no stranger to winter sports having enjoyed many a family ski trip abroad.

But one person that wasn't joining in the fun on Wednesday was mum Victoria.

The fashion designer has been limping with her foot in a protective boot since getting injured in Canada.

The Spice Girl shared a picture of herself on crutches and wearing trainers on the stairs of her London mansion last week.
