Victoria Beckham reveals A lister friends in cute video

From Jay-Z to JLo, Victoria Beckham reveals the A-listers she has speed-dial as stars show support for David's Miami soccer franchise ... but their children are their biggest supporters

David Beckham made his dreams come true on Monday, when he launched his very own Major League Soccer team in Miami after a four-year wait.

And a-listers lined up to congratulate the retired football player in a touching video clip collided by his wife Victoria and posted to Instagram that evening.

The 43-year-old enlisted the help of everyone from hitmaker Jay-Z to sportsman Neymar Jr. to send special messages, yet it was their four children Brooklyn, Cruz, Romeo and Harper who looked most proud of their cool dad.

David launched his long-awaited Major League Soccer franchise after his side was accepted into the league on Monday.

At a press conference in the States, the Londoner was named the proud owner of the 25th League and the newest franchise.

And David's international fashion designer wife was the first to reveal that the famous family could not wait to spend more time in Miami developing the team.

Tom Brady, the husband of supermodel Gisele Bundchen, who said that David's team would be a great addition to the MLS.

There was also a humorous offer from actor Will Smith, who is famous for the 1997 homage track entitled Miami, who kindly said: 'If you need anything, just let me know - it's kind of my town!'

Athlete Usain Bolt even came forward with an offer to become the first striker's team, after David said he'd been inundated with names for his new side.

Musician and actress Jennifer Lopez also revealed that she played an instrumental part in the deal, claiming she was the one who introduced David to Marcelo Claure, CEO of Sprint and a driving force in his MLS bid.

"I had no idea great things would happen," she gushed, as she popped up on the screen, just a few frames after her famous ex-husband Marc Anthony, who simply said, 'Welcome to Miami'.

Musician Jay-Z also sent his well-wishings to David and mutual friend Marcelo from his plush poolside.

He said: 'Congratulations to Marcelo [Claire], congratulations to DB on your new football team.'

The team name, badge as well as staff appointments are still under discussion with MLS insisting an announcement will be made at a future date.

It certainly means exciting things for the Beckham family, who currently share their time between London, Los Angeles and the Cotswolds.

Their eldest son Brooklyn, who is currently studying in New York, said his dad's new deal was so cool, while Romeo could not wait to find out who he'd pick for the team.

But it was six-year-old Harper who made herself the star of the video, when she jumped up and told her dad she could not wait to watch the first game.

Miami has long been identified as a potential MLS expansion area but the Beckham-backed venture is a team that has been beset by years of difficulties over the location of a possible new stadium.

Beckham, who won 115 England caps, had an option to purchase an MLS franchise included in his contract when he joined the Los Angeles Galaxy in 2007.

'I do not give up,' David said at the conference. 'Nothing in my career or life has been easy. I was told I would not play for England because I was too small and too skinny.

'I ended up having a good career but what I try to teach my children is the things get hard at times, never give in, never give up.'
