Gigi Hadid stopped the traffic in the Big Apple on Tuesday as she stepped out in a bright red athleisure suit.

The 22-year-old was snapped crossing the street in the Soho district as she headed to an appointment.

Gigi wore her blonde hair scraped back into a bun and covered up with a pair of large sunglasses but was still recognizable.

The slender model wore a long-sleeved white top under her red hoodie.

The skinny pants were made up with laces and had elasticated cuffs at the calf.

I added a pair of very chunky platform-soled black shoes that emphasized her very lean legs.

Her sighting came the morning after she enjoyed a date night with boyfriend Zayn Malik.

They were photographed walking hand in hand in New York City on Monday evening.

Former One Direction boybander Zayn, 25, is currently working on his second solo studio album.

While Gigi was out and about her own, Zayn was seen outside his studio recording carrying a light saber.

The pair have been dating for more than two years but they are relatively private about their romance.

Zayn, who was accompanied by a female assistant who carried beverages and opened the door for him, was dressed in distressed skinny jeans.

He wore a black and orange hoodie under a camo jacket that had a long piece of prose written on the back of it along with the words 'Sweet Like Honey'.

He sported heavy stubble and wore black-framed spectacles.

The Singer, who quit one Direction in 2015, revealed his poetic prowess in a moody Instagram post on Monday in which he's seen holding up a glowing light saber and bathed in green light alongside a lengthy verse he called a 'Morning Zoem.'

Gigi gave a rare insight into her life with Zayn, admitting she found it hard to get the right balance on social media.

"I post what I think would be normal to post your boyfriend, the comments are: 'It's extra, it's fake,' 'she explained.

'But if I do not do it then it's:' Oh they're fake, they're not really together. ' I try to feel real to me, and do it with integrity. '
